Marina Bay staged the first night race in Formula 1 history in 2008, run entirely under floodlights so European audiences could watch in daylight. Heat and humidity above 30C with almost no straight-line respite make it the calendar's most physically punishing race - drivers can lose around 3 kg of body weight over the distance.
Sheares (Turn 1) - the fast left-hander off the start straight that opens the lap. Memorial (Turn 7) - a tight left onto the Anderson Bridge, hard against the walls.
