The NEONTRACs will start shipping out by the end of September. We will be in touch with you through email and will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order. 

Your order does not include shipping. Customs, duties, and taxes are collected right before delivery, while shipping fees are collected after manufacturing is complete - before we dispatch your order.

In doing so, we will present you with the most accurate and up-to-date shipping rates - given current world events and fluctuating oil prices.

After the products are manufactured and are ready to ship:

- We will invite you to provide us with your up-to-date shipping address.

- Then, select the best possible shipping option for your delivery powered by AfterShip and make the payment for your shipment. 

- Once we have received your payment and address confirmation, we will dispatch your order. 

- After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to follow up on your shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the fees governments collect when goods from outside the country enter your nation. While not all countries have these fees for importing NEON LED lights, some may. The costs are paid at the first destination the product reaches inside your country. FORMULA NEON is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with unnecessary added costs. However, we want to be your partner in the event something arises.
