COTA was the first purpose-built Formula 1 facility in the United States, opened in 2012 after a four-year absence of a US Grand Prix. Its layout deliberately quotes other circuits - Silverstone's Maggotts-Becketts, Istanbul's Turn 8 and Hockenheim's stadium bends - inside one anticlockwise lap.
Turn 1 'Big Red' - a blind uphill left-hander approached on a gradient of over 11 percent. Turns 3-6 - a high-speed esses sequence modelled on Silverstone's Maggotts-Becketts-Chapel.
The bronze finish
Premium bronze mirror acrylic, unlit. The warmest tone of the three, meant to sit with wood and leather rather than against them.
Size
Twenty-four inches across. The wall size for a study, hallway or home office, meant to be seen from across a room.
