S do Senna (Turns 1-2) - the downhill left-right braking zone into the lap, and the circuit's classic overtaking spot. Juncao (Turn 12) - the uphill left-hander that launches one of the longest full-throttle runs on the calendar.
One of only a handful of anticlockwise circuits in Formula 1, Interlagos is short, bumpy and steeply undulating, and its final sector loads drivers' necks the wrong way for a full race distance. It has produced some of the sport's most charged finishes, from Senna's 1991 home win with his gearbox stuck in sixth to the 2008 title decided at the last corner of the last lap.
