Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Formula Neon. We appreciate your business and strive to provide the highest quality products.

Due to the nature of our products, Formula Neon ("we", "us", "our") operates on a no-refund policy. All sales are final once the order is placed. We immediately get to work on your order to ensure it is shipped within 2-3 business days, subject to stock availability.

However, we do acknowledge that sometimes, things might not go as planned. Here is a breakdown of our policy per product category:

Neon Art:
All our neon signs come with a two-year warranty. If your neon sign arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, we request that you contact us immediately. We would require proof of purchase, order number, as well as photos and videos of the damage or defect. Our customer service team will evaluate each issue on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is accepted, we will ensure that you receive your replacement sign. Please note that we allow a 7-day period upon receipt of your neon sign to lodge any claims regarding damages, defects, or errors on our part.

Mirror Art:
We will only accept returns for mirrored products if they are damaged in transit. The same proof requirements as neon signs apply.

Collectibles:
We do not accept returns on collectible items.

Apparel:
We do not accept returns on apparel items.

In all cases, to start a claim, please contact us at info@formula-neon.com with your order number included in the title of the email. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
