Built in 1985, the Hungaroring hosted the first Formula 1 Grand Prix held behind the Iron Curtain in 1986. Its 14 mostly slow and medium-speed corners with almost no straights have earned it the nickname 'Monaco without the walls', where track position outweighs raw pace.
Hungaroring runs to 4.381 km, 14 turns, 70 racing laps, taken clockwise. A Grand Prix here covers 306.63 km.
