Imola is one of only a handful of F1 circuits that run anti-clockwise, and the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix weekend here - in which Roland Ratzenberger and Ayrton Senna were killed - triggered the biggest safety overhaul in the sport's history. It returned to the calendar in 2020 and hosted its 32nd and, for now, final Grand Prix in 2025 before being replaced by Madrid for 2026.
Tamburello - the flat-out left where Ayrton Senna was killed in 1994, since converted into a chicane. Acque Minerali - the downhill right-hander into a climbing left, one of the great old-school corners on the calendar.
